Report of Weekly Meeting

 

Weekly Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 7th August, 2018 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.

â€Â¢ Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Irfan Kaludi.

 

 

â€Â¢ Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 24/07/2018 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

 

â€Â¢ Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards2 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.

 

â€Â¢ Rs.39.20 Lakhs was sanctioned  towards 34 Housing Applications out of which Rs.26.70 Lakhs were released towards 22 Housing Applicants.

 

â€Â¢ Rs.5 lakhs  was sanctioned towards 1 Communiy Hall Application

 

â€Â¢ Rs.1 Lakh was sanctioned & released towards 1 application for Masjid Construction

 

â€Â¢ Rs.10,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Relief Help Aplication of Flood Affected victim.

 

â€Â¢ FELICITATION

1) Mr Iqbal Memon Officer was felicitated with Shawl by Mr Ayub Memon & all the members present for being appointed as a Senior Vice President of Mumbai Congress Minority Committee.

 

â€Â¢ INVITATION

Mr Bilal Tinwala called from Surat and invited all the Members of AIMJF via Speaker online Call to attend the ‘Students Felicitation Function” of Saurashtra Halai Memon Jamat, Surat scheduled to be held on Sunday, 19/08/2018 at 10.45 am  at Memon Hall, Chowk Bazar, Surat.

 

He further stated that 400 (approx) students will be felicitated and Janab Iqbal Bhai Officer will grace the function as a Chief Guest.

 

Members present noted and assured to attend the function.  

 

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11 pm with Delicious Dinner and a vote of thanks to the Hon’ble President.
