Memon Association of North Texas (MANT), Dallas, USA, organized a great gathering 'Milan Party' in honor of Mr Iqbal Memon Officer President of All India Memon Jamat Federation & Founder of World Memon Day Council on 29th May 2023 at Signature Grill, 820 Spring Creek Pkwy, Dallas, USA.
Mr Ashraf Moton President of MANT welcome the Chief Guest of the Milan Party Mr Iqbal Memon Officer and gave a brief introduction of Mr Iqbal Officer. Mr Ashraf Motiwala Chairman of MANT, General Secretary of MANT Mr. Zahid Bhura, Advisory Board Mr. Abdul Razzak Bhura, Mr. Jaffar Tabani, Mr Fawad Lakhani, Mrs. Zahida Tofiq, Mr Javed Iqbal Memon Officer, Mr Hasham Batliwala, Mr Shakir Latif Batliwala, Mr Anjum Batliwala, Mr Mehraj Mitha, Mr Rahim Darvesh, Mr Naved Badsha, Mr Bashir Naviwala, Mr Noor Amrohi, Mr Anjum Ibrahim, Mr Khalid Abu Tayyab, Mr Riyaz Abu Tayyab, Prof. Zubair Fattani, Mr Salim Chottani, Mr Ahmed Bumbiya and Board members, Youth Wing, Memon Premier League (MPL) (Sports Wing) & Ladies Wing of approx 300 members graced the Milan Party.
Mr Iqbal Memon Officer while addressing the Milan Party appealed to all the families to join and make MANT stronger for the betterment of our community at large. Mr. Iqbal Officer presented the brief report of All India Memon Jamat Federation and to support the organization by giving zakat at priority to Memon families, deserving people of the community irrespective of any organization, unfortunate and poor families who are debt-ridden, homeless, sole bread earners, families of girl who are not able to marry off their girl because of financial instability, We must give zakat to the organization working at the base level.
Not only Zakat but donate from the Lillah amount from your 97.5 % to the middle-class memon family (not liable to receive zakat) people of the community, this lillah amount can make middle-class memon families self-sufficient.
Prominent guests applauded and appreciated the speech of Mr. Iqbal Memon Officer, he was felicitated with bookey by the members & delegates.
The meeting ended with a delicious dinner by 11. 00 pm.
