National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Friday, 27th October, 2023 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.

•    Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Iqbal Chunawala.

•    Mr Imran Fruitwala compeered the programme

•    Mrs Razia Bai Chasmawala delivered the welcome address and greeted Mrs Yasmeen Mozawala & Mr Iqbal Mozawala.

AGENDA No.1
•    Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 08/08/2023 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

AGENDA No.2
•    Rs.26,25,569/- was released towards below mentioned charitable activities from 09/08/2023 to 27/10/2023 was retified / approved.
1)    Medical Help – 35 Applications – Rs.6.50.000/-
2)    Industrial Training Centre – 2 Center – Rs.2,48,000/-
3)    Charitable Dispensary – 1 – Rs.48,569/-
4)    Business Help – 7 Applications – Rs.14,00,000/-
5)    Marriage Help – 6 Applications – Rs.1,50,000/-
6)    Mass Marriage Help – 1 Application – Rs.1,05,000/-
7)    Widow Help – 2 Applications – Rs.24,000/-

AGENDA No.3
•    Rs.55,35,000/- was sanctioned towards 44 applications for Housing Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

Total Rs.81,60,569/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

AGENDA No.4
•    Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that till date 52 Board Members, 66 Zonal Secretaries & 226 NEC Members have been appointed.

YOUTH WING UPDATE BY CHAIRMAN IMRAN FRUITWALLA
•    Mr Imran Fruitwala informed that Youth Wings new committee of new term has been formed and 1st list of the post holders will be shared in a day.

AGENDA No.5
•    Mr Ali Bhojani stated that the registration of MEMON CENSUS is in full swing and InshaAllah we will soon achive our target covering whole community which will be useful in varous aspects and our main aim is that the expertise of our community should be utilized within community.
Members present appreciated the concept of MEMON CENSUS and assured their complete coopearation and support.
