National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 8th August, 2023 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.

•    Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Iqbal Chunawala.

•    Condolence Resolution & Dua e Maghfirat was extended for Marhooma Farida Ahmed Batliwala

•    Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 19/07/2023 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

AGENDA No.2

•    Rs.8,53,324/- was released towards below mentioned charitable activities from 20/07/2023 to 08/08/2023 was retified / approved.
1)    Housing Help – 2 Applications – Rs.75,000/-
2)    Medical Help – 3 Applications – Rs.85,000/-
3)    Relief Help – 4 Applications – Rs.2,14,100/-
4)    Industrial Training Centre – 1 Center – Rs.57,000/-
5)    Charitable Dispensary – 1 – Rs.22,224/-
6)    Business Help – 2 Applications – Rs.4,00,000/-


AGENDA No.3
•    Rs.64,91,000/- was sanctioned towards 67 applications for Housing Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.
•    Rs.10,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for Community Centre
•    Rs.4,50,000/- was sanctioned towards Science Lab (Specific Donation)
•    Rs.2,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 Application for Educational Scheme (Specific Donation)
•    Rs.40,000/- was sanctioned towards Industrial Training Centre, Nanded for the m/o July, 2023

Total Rs.81,81,000/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

YOUTH WING UPDATE BY CHAIRMAN IMRAN FRUITWALLA
•    The youth wing is launching Mental health awareness initiative with a panel of the best doctors in collaboration with the youth doctors panel as briefly explained by doctors panel convenor Dr Asif Pochi.

InshaAllah youth wing is hosting a 15 August get to-gather at the AIMJF office

•    The youth wing is celebrating independence day week
- YW Palghar medical camp on 13 August
- YW Mumbai get to gather on 15th August
- YW Dhoraji Skin disease diagnosis camp on 15 Aug
- YW Nanded prize distribution program to students 20th Aug

Mumbai Youth Wing is hosting a get-together in honour of President Iqbal Memon officer to celebrate his day of birth.
Members present noted & appreciated the same.

•    Mr Asif Pochi stated that Youth Wing of AIMJF will initiate mental health project “YOU ARE NOT ALONE” with the help of Councillors & Psyciatrist

AGENDA No.5
•    Mr Iqbal Memon Officer appraised the members that forthcoming AGM cum Convention of AIMJF will be held on Saturday, 16/09/2023 in Haj House, Palton Road, Mumbai for which Reception Committee is formed and the members of Reception Committee are devoting their precious time and attending meetings on every Tuesday and also applying their best resources to make the AGM a grand success.

Mr Imran Fruitwalla welcomed the foreign Guest.

Mr Mansoor Chhapra was absent due to some emergency hence Mr Ahmed Batliwala accepted the felicitations on his behalf.

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was dispersed @ 11.30 pm with a vote of thanks followed by Dinner.
