NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 14th March, 2023 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.

•    Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Abdul Aziz Sandha.

AGENDA No.1
•    Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 21/02/2023 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented the report of:-
1)    Get Together held on 23/02/2023
2)    Khandwani Shield Cricket Tournament held on 25/02/2023 in Goa
3)    Dokadia Academy Tournament held on 12/03/2023 in Mumbai

AGENDA No.2
•    Rs.19,78,689/- was released towards below mentioned charitable activities from 22/02/2023 to 14/03/2023 was retified / approved.
1)    Widow Help (Specific Fund) – 192 Applications – Rs.17,17,000/-
2)    Medical Help – 5 Applications – Rs.1,15,000/-
3)    Industrial Training Centre – 2 Center – Rs.81,000/-
4)    Charitable Dispensary – 1 – Rs.20,689/-
5)    Miscellaneous Charities – 1 Applications – Rs.45,000/-

AGENDA No.3
•    Rs.18,10,000/- was sanctioned towards 15 applications for Housing Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

•    Rs.1,60,000/- was sanctioned towards Widow applications

•    Rs.8,00,000/-  was sanctioned towards 1 application for Financial Help (Specific)

Total Rs.27,70,000/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

AGENDA No.4
•    Mr Iqbal Memon Officer requested all to generate Zakat & Lillah fund for AIMJF.

Members present assured their complete cooperation & support to generate maximum Zakat Fund for AIMJF.

AGENDA No.5
•    Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that during the month of Ramadhan ‘Roza Iftaar’ arrangements are being organized in AIMJF Office Ground for all irrespective of caste, creed or religion.
It was decided to distribute Iftaar Box to all in AIMJF Office Ground from 6.15 pm during the m/o Ramadhan  

AGENDA No.6
•    It was decided to celebrate ‘World Memon Day’ on Tuesday, 11th April, 2023 (20th Ramadhan) in Islam Gymkhana by organizing ‘Roza Iftaar Programme’  

All the members present assured that they will also celebrate ‘World Memon Day’ on 11th April, 2023 at their best possible extent.

AGENDA No.7

YOUTH WING UPDATE
•    Mr Imran Fruitwala stated that InshaAllah, Youth Wing will host 51 noble initiatives in the entire India on 11th April, 2023 World Memon Day.

Members present noted & appreciated the same

•    4 applications of Bhiwandi based poor families living in shanties were identified for allotment of Kudus Flats which was duly surveyed by Mr Farook Bhai Memon (Zonal Secretary)
