NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING  - TUESDAY, 21/02/2023

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 21st February, 2023 at 7.00 pm in the office of AIMJF.

•    Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Abdul Aziz Sandha.

AGENDA No.1
•    Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 03/11/2022 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented the report of:-
1)    Republic Day Celebration held on 26/01/2023
2)    Visit Report of Mrs Nasima Bai Surty from 24/01/2023 to 26/01/2023 in Jalgaon Tailoring Classes
3)    Chinchan Premier League (Cricket Tournament) held on 18/02/2023 in Chinchan
4)    Khandwani Shield in Goa on 25/02/2023
5)    Dokadia Academy in Mumbai on 12/03/2023 in Mumbai
6)    Saurashtra Regional Committee Meeting held on 18/02/2023 in Rajkot

•    Mr Aziz Machiwala appreciated the activities of sports wing of AIMJF under the able leadership of Mr Asif Abbajumma & Mr Shakil Batliwala.

•    Rs.47,97,227/- was released towards below mentioned charitable activities from 04/11/2022 to 21/02/2023 was retified / approved.
1)    Widow Help (Specific Fund) –139 Applications – Rs.30,36,000/-
2)    Medical Help –43 Applications – Rs.8,20,000/-
3)    Marriage Help –12 Applications – Rs.2,55,000/-
4)    Housing Help –3 Applications – Rs.2,25,000/-
5)    Industrial Training Centre –2 Center – Rs.2,70,500/-
6)    Charitable Dispensary –1 – Rs.89,937/-
7)    Miscelleneous Charities –5 Applications – Rs.50,790/-
8)    Education Help (Specific Fund) –1 Applicaton – Rs.50,000/-

AGENDA No.3
•    Rs.44,05,000/- was sanctioned towards 34 applications for Housing Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

•    Rs.14,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 7 applications for business help

•    Rs.5,00,000/-  was sanctioned towards 1 application for school

•    Rs.2,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for Dress & Footwear Help to 1000 students

•    Rs.1,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for economic upliftment scheme.

Total Rs.66,05,000- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

AGENDA No.4
•    Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that “Get-Together’ Dinner of AIMJF as a sort of fund raising drive will be held on Thursday, 23/02/2023 in Hotel Regal Palace, Mumbai.

He requested all to generate Zakat & Lillah fund for AIMJF.

Members present assured their complete cooperation & support to generate maximum Zakat Fund for AIMJF.

AGENDA No.5
With the permission of President :-
•    3 applications of Bhiwandi based poor families living in shanties were identified for allotment of Kudus Flats subject to survey report by Mr Farook Bhai Memon (Zonal Secretary)  

FELICITATIONS
Mr Qasim Imam was felicitated with shawl.

Sulah Committee was formed in AIMJF NEC Meeting dtd 21/02/2023 with following members for amicable resolution of family dispute / Talaq matters of our community.

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was dispersed @ 11 pm with vote of thanks followed by Dinner.
