NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Thursday, 12th
May, 2022 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

*         Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the
Holy Quran by Ms Sheherbanoo Gullar.

*         Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on
22/03/2022 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented the report of :-
1)      Cricket Tournament held on 24/03/2022 organized by Bilimora Young
Memon Circle

2)      Memon Day Celebration held on 11/04/2022

3)      Visit of Mr Imran Hussain Hon'ble Minister Food & Civil Supplies in
Ramadhan Iftaar On 23/04/2022

4)      Visit of Police Officer in Ramadhan Iftaar on 29/04/2022

*         Rs.68,80,371/- released towards below mentioned charitable
activities from 22/03/2022 to 12/05/2022 was retified / approved.

1)      Medical Help -
17 Applications - Rs.5,00,000/-

2)      Widow Help  -
573 Applications - Rs.43,57,600/-

3)      Marriage Help -
2 Applications - Rs.20,000/-

4)      Mass Marriage -
20 Applications - Rs.6,00,000/-

5)      Industrial Training Centre -
2 Center - Rs.76,000/-

6)      Charitable Dispensary -
1 - Rs.45,271/-

7)      Housing Help -
2 Application - Rs.9,00,000/-

8)      Miscelleneous Charities -
9 Applications - Rs.2,81,500/-

9)      Donation - 1 Institute - Rs.1,00,000/-

*         Rs.40,05,000/- was sanctioned towards 30 applications for Housing
Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

*         Rs.4,00,000/-  was sanctioned towards 2 applications for Business
Loan

*         Rs.4,20,000/- was sanctioned towards School Maintenance

*         Rs.1,00,000/- was sanctioned towards donation to 1 Institute

Total Rs.1,18,05,371/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

*         It was decided to organize forthcoming AGM of AIMJF in Raipur in
the month of September, 2022

AGENDA No.5
*         Mr Iqbal Memon Officer requested all the members present to
contribute their Zakat / Lillah to AIMJF.

AGENDA No.6
*         Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated Alhamdulillah, this year Ramadhan
Iftaar was organized successfully in AIMJF Ground wherein 700 (approx) people performed Iftaari.

Iftaar was served by parcel packets.

With the permission of President

*         Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that today is the Birth Day of Mr
Anwar Bhai Pishori and todays dinner is sponsored by him

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was dispersed @
11 pm with vote of thanks followed by Dinner.
