National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 18th January, 2022 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

*         Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the
Holy Quran by Mr. Gulam Mohammed Mthu.

*         Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on
01/12/2021 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented
1)      The visit report of 'AIMJF Ladies Wing - Vidarbha Region' dated
23/12/2021 to Raipur to attend the Exhibition cum Sale & promotion of Memoni
Boli organized by Ladies Wing of Raipur Memon Jamat.

2)      Chinchani Premier League Season 4 organized by Refai Boys & CPL
Committee and sponsored by Sports Wing of AIMJF.

*         Rs.12,62,836/- released towards below mentioned charitable
activities from 02/12/2021 to 18/01/2022 was retified / approved.
1)      Medical Help - 36 Applications -
Rs.6,46,000/-
2)      Widow Help - 12 Applications -
Rs.2,40,000/-
3)      Marriage Help - 4 Applications -
Rs.40,000/-
4)      Industrial Training Centre - 2 Center - Rs.95,678/-
5)      Charitable Disoensary - 1 -

6)      Housing Help - 1 Application -

*         Rs.61,10,000/- was sanctioned towards 49 applications for Housing
Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

*         Rs.22,00,000/-  was sanctioned towards 11 application for Business
Loan

Total Rs.83,10,000/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

In a spam of a month;
- YW projects leads meeting was hosted on Zoom

- YW doctors panel hosted a webinar on role of covid vaccination and why it
is important to get vaccinated.

- Welcome get together for aimjf president and youth wing meeting was hosted
by AIMJF youth wing Palghar

- New members get to gether hosted by AIMJF YW Ghatanji

- Blanket distribution by AIMJF YW palghar

- Blanket distribution by AIMJF YW bilaspur

Appointed YW coordinator from Ghtanji Maharashtra Mr Juned Noor

Appointed YW incharge from Jamnagar Mr Azaz Naviwala & from Junagadh Mr
Samir Virani

~ Alhamdulillah 65 youth wing teams formed till now on Pan India basis & 6
panels

2)      Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that the at present AIMJF Office is
functioning from BMC Ground. MCGM has taken handover & takeover of present office premises of AIMJF hence there is uncertainty about its occupation and
there is a dire need to purchase owned office premises for AIMJF.

He further appraised that in Mazgaon area 2200 sq ft carpet area is available in ownership basis.

Committee with following members was formed to inspect said premises on
20/01/2022 at 5 pm and also to search office premises of AIMJF in good
location.

3)      Mr Iqbal Memon Officer read the request letter received from Memon
ID seeking support and cooperation of AIMJF in achieving mission of listing
all Memons across the world on one common platform.

It was unanaimously decided to support Memon ID in said task for the
betterment of community & as a image builtup exercise.

4)      As per present rules, membership applications of Jamats are being
approved in AGM due to which Jamats has to wait for a long period to derive
the benefit of AIMJF schemes.

It was decided to grant confirmation in principal to new jamats in NEC
Meetings subject to approval in AGM.

6)      Mr Firoz Poptiya - For being appointed as a Zonal Secretary of AIMJF

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was dispersed @ 11
pm with vote of thanks followed by Dinner.
