National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Wednesday, 1st December, 2021 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

• Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Aziz Sandha.

AGENDA No.1
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 23/10/2021 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented the report of ‘Officers Cup’ (Cricket Tournament) held on 04/11/2021 & Wockhardt Hospital Visit Report dated 29/11/2021.

• Rs.17,64,218/- released towards below mentioned charitable activities from 25/10/2021 to 01/12/2021 was retified / approved.
1)Medical Help – 21 Applications – Rs.5,08,000/-
2)Business Help - 3 Applications – Rs.6,00,000/-
3)Skill Development Centre – 1 Application – Rs.2,40,000/-
4)Widow Help – 9 Applications – Rs.2,28,000/-
5)Marriage Help - 7 Applications – Rs.70,000/-
6)Relief Help – 2 Applications – Rs.43,000/-
7)Industrial Training Centre – 2 Center – Rs.32,076/-
8)Charitable Disoensary – 1 – Rs.24,142/-
9)Education Help - 1 Application – Rs.19,000/-

AGENDA No.3
• Rs.88,15,000/- was sanctioned towards 49 applications for Housing Help for New House Purchase / Construction & Repair Cases.

• Rs.10,00,000/-  was sanctioned towards 1 application for Community Centre / Jamatkhana.

• Rs.8,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 4 applications for Business Loan

• Rs.1,00,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for Mass Marriage

• Rs.72,000/- was sanctioned towards 2 applications for Widow Help

• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned towards 1 application for Financial Help

Total Rs.1,08,37,000/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

• Mr Meraj Ahmed informed that AIMJF sponsored Skill Development Centre in Children Home, Dongri, Mumbai will be inaugurated on 07/12/2021 at 11 am

• Mr Iqbal Memon Officer stated that AIMJF has received Ladies Dresses, Purse, Children Cloths, foot-wear etc from Memon Association of Leicester, UK which will be disbursed among poor, deserving families & in Mass Marriage ceremonies.

• Deshkantha Memon Council is organizing Mass Marriage of 40 Couples on 18/12/2021 in Himatnagar & Invited AIMJF Team to attend the said function.

• It was unanimously resolved that Members of AIMJF should not join / affiliate with other International / Global charitable organizations except Non-zakat Collection & Non Charitable organizations so as to safeguard the conflict of interest & smooth functioning of all organizations.

However if any member wish / eager to join other International / Global charitable organizations, then in such case he may leave AIMJF.  

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11.30pm with vote of thanks followed by Dinner.
