National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Saturday, 23rd October, 2021 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

•Meeting was commenced with sadqa & recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Dr. Abdur Razzak Holy.

•Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 14/09/2021 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

He also presented the felicitation report of Mrs Sana Memon held on 22/09/2021 & felicitation report of players of AIMJF Cricket Team held on 06/10/2021 who won the Khandwani Shield.

•Rs.25,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards Relief Help to Jamnagar based flood affected victims of our community.

•Rs.27,09,767/- released towards below mentioned activities during the period from 15/09/2021 to 23/10/2021 was retified.

•Rs.4,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards Community Centre Help to Chhapi (North Gujrat) from Lillah Non-Zakat Fund.

Total Rs.56,09,767/- were sanctioned for aforesaid causes.

Flood Relief Survey Report
Mr Haji Riyaz Memon presented the Survey Report of Jamnagar based flood affected victims conducted by him, Dr A Razzak Holy & Mr Asif Kas and briefed the ground reality of most affected daily wage earner poor, deserving people who are staying outside city.

He thanked Mr Iqbal Memon Officer for kind support & cooperation of AIMJF.

Mr Iqbal Memon Officer felicitated Mr Haji Riyaz Memon, Dr Abdur Razzak Holy, Mr Afzal Kas & Mr Asif Kas for conducting fair survey of Jamnagar based flood affected victims & handedover Chq of Rs.25 Lakhs towards relief help to Jamnagar based flood affected victims.  

Youth Wing Report presented By Mr Imran Fruitwala

- AIMJF Youth Wing introduced a new initiative ‘Project Wellness’ in collaboration with AIMJF Youth Wing Doctors Panel which will be handled by AIMJF youth wing Doctors Panel coordinator Dr Asif Pochi & InshaAllah 6 informative talk show & webinars in a year will be hosted by renowned Memon doctors.  

- Alhamdulillah AIMJF YW Doctor’s panel has 180+ Memon doctors.

- SeekhoMemoniwithAIMJFYW channel has currently 8 videos live on the Youtube channel.
Members present noted & appreciated the same.

•Thereafter Documentary of AIMJF for the year 2021 & Memon Anthem was shown to all via Smart TV

Special Guest
Mr Imtiaz Mirza appreciated the dedicated services of Mr Iqbal Memon Officer through the platform of AIMJF.
He further stated that he spents his 30% time on social causes & he is attached to 4 NGO’s in USA & Malawi
